WOMEN PENSION INEQUALITY MUST BE ADDRESSED

The gender pension gap, an issue about which I have long been vocal, the difference in pension income between men and women, means that women pensioners are disproportionately impacted by the cost of living crisis, as they are more likely to be completely reliant on the state pension and pension credit.

I urged the UK Government to put forward measures to try and tackle the shocking and ongoing gender pension gap.
