SPEAKING OUT AGAIN FOR VICTIMS OF HORIZON SCANDAL

As I have done on several occasions in the past, I again spoke out on behalf of victims of the Horizon scandal in the House of Commons this week.

There are many disturbing aspects to this grave injustice but I highlighted the fact that after this injustice had been uncovered the CEO and senior Post Office leaders were awarded tens of thousands of pounds in bonuses for their work on the inquiry into Post Office failings whilst some of the victims of the scandal died whilst waiting for compensation.

This is truly outrageous and, despite what the Minister says, not all of these bonuses have been repaid. They should be without any further delay.
