SCOTLAND LEADS THE WAY ON FREE SCHOOL MEALS

It is beyond question that expanding free school meals has a direct impact on children’s development and ability to learn and improves outcomes for all children. That is why in Scotland the SNP Government is rolling out free school meals for all primary school children.

Scotland’s example is not being followed in Westminster by either  the Tories or the incoming Labour Government despite the financial pressures families are facing.

No child in the UK should go hungry.
