SCANDAL OF DELAYED COMPENSATION FOR VICTIMS OF CONTAMINATED BLOOD

I was proud to join meet with those infected and affected by the 1970s/1980s Contaminated Blood scandal with a cross party group of MPs.

The wait for compensation must end. Eighty two victims died within the last year since the Chair of the Infected Blood Inquiry, Sir Brian Langstaff, recommended swift compensation should be delivered.

It is time for the UK Government to do the right and just thing and end these delays.
