ROTARY CLUB OF HUNTERSTON
I was delighted to receive an invitation to come and speak to the Rotary Club of Hunterston in Seamill House Hotel this week.
I shared stories of the oddities of how business is conducted in the House of Commons with the Rotarians.
This was the last meeting under the presidency of Derek Andrews who has led the club for the last 15 months through the difficult period of the pandemic, with new President Jim Jackson assuming office.
The Rotarians must be congratulated for all the good work they do to improve their community and I wish also to thank them for their kind invitation and warm welcome.
