MENTAL HEALTH AWARENESS WEEK 9th-15TH MAY 2022

Today marks the start of Mental Health Awareness Week 2022, with this years theme centred around, Loneliness.


If you’re worried about your current living situation, whether that’s the rising cost of living, rising bills, or if you’re worried about who you may have around you at this moment in time, you’re not alone. There’s also people, closer to you than you think, struggling with those exact worries too!


Take this week to reach out to someone you love, and let them know they’re not alone!


Send them a text, give them a call, or pop round on your lunch break and do your bit to help break the stigma of struggles with poor mental health and loneliness!


You will genuinely make someone’s day!
