INQUIRY NEEDED INTO TORY MISUSE OF PUBLIC FUNDS

Boris Johnson’s Tory Government is currently embroiled in countless scandals, including the VIP tax-break hotline to the Prime Minister’s mobile phone, the investigation by the Electoral Commission into the refurbishment of No. 10 Downing Street, as well as a year of Covid19 contracts being handed out to Tory contacts and donors without due process or transparency.

As cronyism engulfs the UK Government, I asked the Chancellor, Rishi Sunak, whether he felt it was time for an independent inquiry into the misuse of public funds.
