REMEMBERING SREBRENICA

Twenty five years ago today the second act of genocide on European soil in modern times occurred as over 8,000 Bosnian Muslims were murdered within just a few days because of their ethnicity and religion. Today is about Remembering Srebrenica, honouring the survivors and remembering all the innocent victims.

The Bosnian genocide also saw millions displaced and thousands of women raped. All because they were Muslim and Bosnian.

We will remember them. Hatred leads to atrocities. Never Again must truly mean never again.
