SUPPORTING OUR HAULAGE DRIVERS

I hope to see the UK government Government will work to address the difficulties faced by HGV drivers who now find that they have no access to public toilets or washing facilities as they work night and day delivering essential goods to our supermarkets, hospitals and other essential facilities upon which we all rely across the entire UK.

I formally raised this last week with the Secretary of State for Department of Business, Energy & Industrial Strategy, Alok Sharma MP, as well as the Secretary of State for the Department of Transport, Grant Shapps MP.

We need to ensure that all that can be done, is being done, for those who work hard to support us.
