BEITH COMMUNITY GARDEN

I was really pleased to have the opportunity to once again visit BeithCommunity Garden for the unveiling of its fabulous new bench, donated by the local United Reformed Church United Reformed Church.

Keep Scotland Beautiful was in attendance on behalf of It's Your Neighbourhood and The Royal Horticultural Society.

A huge amount if work has gone into creating this beautiful community garden for the people of Beith with much assistance from the Criminal Justice Team.

It was great to catch up with so many community stalwarts such as the indefatigable Norrie and Rose, Henry Johnson and, of course, Cllr Anthea Dickson and Cllr Donald L Reid.
