PAYING TRIBUTE TO BILLY MCNEILL

I recently had the opportunity to pay tribute to the Celtic and Scottish football legend Billy McNeil in the House of Commons. It is a testament to the great man that football fans and players from rival clubs are united in their admiration for him. He remains an inspiration to young aspiring footballers and was a true professional in every sense of the word.
