I asked Robin Walker MP, Minister for Exiting the European Union whether he thought that the most honest and courageous thing to do, as the Brexit situation descends further into farce, was to revoke Article 50. However, it seems that the priority is to continue futile attempts to hold the badly fractured Tory party together at all costs to jobs, living standards and trade relationships with Europe. The UK Parliament is in a state of paralysis as the Prime Minister seeks to hold her disintegrating party together – an impossible task, given the number of UKIP sympathisers now sitting on Tory benches. It really is time this discredited Tory UK Government gets on with the day job.
