PRIME MINISTER'S STATEMENT ON EUROPEAN UNION (WITHDRAWAL) ACT
Last night I pressed the Prime Minister on the Electoral Commission's findings that the Leave campaign in the EU referendum broke electoral law. This is a finding that the Prime Minister and the Labour Party has failed to respond to in any meaningful way. Yet this surely must call into question the integrity of the result of the referendum. And if electoral law, which is there to ensure that fairness is upheld in our democratic process, can be ignored, what is the point of having it? Sadly, once again, the Prime Minister, failed to address this serious issue.
