SENIOR PUPILS IN NORTH AYRSHIRE

I have completed my round of visits to senior Modern Studies pupils in our schools across North Ayrshire.

I visited to discuss my role as their local MP and gave them a behind-the-scenes peek at how Westminster works.

It was a delight to speak to pupils from Kilwinning Academy, Kilwinning, Largs Academy, Largs, Garnock Academy, Glengarnock, Auchenharvie Academy, Stevenston and Ardrossan Academy, Ardrossan.

I was made to feel very welcome by all the staff and pupils and was asked thoughtful and intelligent questions by the pupils. I have no doubt, North Ayrshire and Scotland’s future is in safe hands.
