PARENTAL BEREAVEMENT BILL BECOMES LAW

I am so proud to have worked with others to ensure that parents who lose a child or suffer a stillbirth are entitled to paid bereavement leave.

This traumatic loss is now recognised in law and came into effect yesterday.

This will make a huge difference to so many parents who face the nightmare of the death of their child.
