WORLD SUICIDE PREVENTION DAY

Today is World Suicide Prevention Day. This event hopes to reach out to people who may be struggling to cope and allows us to raise awareness of this stigmatised subject. Reaching out to people who are going through a difficult time can be a game charger. We want people to know that #ITSOKAYTOTALK

Nobody wants to talk about suicide but we need to change that. Suicide is not the answer. There is always another way.
