WHITLEES GALA 2018 - 30th ANNIVERSARY

Today marked the 30th Whitlees Gala in Ardrossan at Whitlees Centre.

Stanley Primary School's Megan Hyslop and Leon Munro were crowned the Gala's Queen and King with Princesses Abbie Low and Lucie Smith and Princes Alan Brian and Corey Poulton completing the Royal Party. The Gala was officially opened by Ian Sutherland.

Huge thanks must go to Whitlees Gala Committee, Chaired by Julie Gray. Her and her team work tirelessly to ensure that this Gala is a great success year after year.

The beautiful weather was enjoyed by all in attendance and there were various activities throughout the afternoon keeping old and young entertained. In attendance was Councillor Davina McTiernan SNP, Councillor Jean McClung and Cllr Tony Gurney.
