OFFICIAL OPENING OF GLENCAIRN HOUSE, BILL SMITH COURT, STEVENSTON

I really enjoyed attending the official opening of Bill Smith Court in Stevenston today.

This new housing facility for 28 residents is fully accessible to meet the needs of older people, with one and two bedroom apartments finished to a very high standard.

The new residents are delighted with this accommodation which boasts light airy corridors, a fully equipped social area and spacious and secured landscaped gardens, a visiting g services room and even a scooter store.

I am delighted that The Scottish Government spent £1.6m supporting this fantastic new facility.
