MY NUISANCE CALLS BILL TO BE IMPLEMENTED AT LAST!

I am delighted that the UK Government has finally decided to implement my Nuisance Calls Bill after an unnecessary two year delay.

Raising the issue of nuisance calls to boardroom level by imposing fines on named company directors will have a huge impact on this scourge. Imposing fines on named businesses does not work as company names are simply changed when fines are imposed and go unpaid. This measure means that there can be no evading of responsibility for blighting the lives of consumers with these calls.

At last, the UK Government has listened!
