PRIME MINISTER’S STATEMENT ON SYRIA

Following her statement on the air strikes carried out on Syria, I asked the Prime Minister what her government was doing to prevent the escalation of the conflict in Syria, in view of the fact that she apparently refuses to rule out further air strikes if there are more chemical attacks in Syria. I also asked if she felt there was sufficient public support for these strikes.

Worryingly, her response was less than forthcoming.
