AYRSHIRE CHILDREN'S SERVICES - SALTCOATS

I was absolutely delighted to once again present the Certificates of Achievement to the young trainees at Ayrshire Childrens Services CIC (ACS) in Saltcoats.

Marianne and Christine are such inspirational and supportive leaders at this service who upskill the young trainees and, very importantly, instill confidence in them, so that they are ready to face the world of work with belief in themselves amd all they can contribute.

Afterwards we headed down to TSB in Saltcoats, which is working in partnership with ACS, to help with fundraising for a full year. There I had the pleasure and excitement of drawing the grand raffle, which was hugely supported by the TSB. There were lots of goodies on offer as well as delicious treats.

ACS has made a significant difference in recent years to young people across North Ayrshire, welcoming 52 trainees resulting in 37 of these finding employment.
