DEBATE ON UNIVERSAL CREDIT ROLL-OUT

Yesterday I participated in a debate on the many problems with Universal Credit roll-out, which is driving families into desperation and hardship with many having to wait 6 weeks for payment. I urged the Government to pause the roll-out of this so that errors can be fixed and claimants both in and out of work can access the support they need.
