New Sheltered Home Development for Saltcoats

NEW SHELTERED HOME DEVELOPMENT FOR SALTCOATS

Today I attended the ground-breaking ceremony for Canal Court in Saltcoats, a development of 36 one and two bedroom sheltered homes for elderly and vulnerable constituents. Cllr Davina McTiernan and Kenneth Gibson MSP were also in attendance.

Representing an investment of £6.5 million in a new state-of- the art community hub and energy efficient, low maintenance homes, this partnership project is supported by £2.124 million from the SNP Government.

The new homes and complex will be completed the end of 2018.
