Kilbirnie Volunteer of the Year 2017

KILBIRNIE VOLUNTEER OF THE YEAR 2017

I was delighted to attend once again this year, Kilbirnie Volunteer of the Year in Bridgend Community Centre last night.

The award this year went to the hugely deserving Michelle Murray who has been recognised for all her tireless and selfless work to help others.

She was presented with flowers and a trophy, a token of thanks and recognition from her fellow Kilbirnie residents.

There was a great family atmosphere, Kilbirnie piper, Calum MacMillan and a lovely buffet provided by Cafe Solace.

And I had a special birthday treat when Calum played Happy Birthday to me on his pipes!
