£4.8m Montgomery Court Sheltered Housing Complex Officially Opened in Kilbirnie

£4.8M MONTGOMERY COURT SHELTERED HOUSING COMPLEX OFFICIALLY OPENED IN KILBIRNIE

I was very pleased to have the opportunity to attend the official opening of the new £4.8m Montgomery Court sheltered housing complex in Kilbirnie yesterday. The SNP Scottish Government contributed £1.1m to support the building of this beautiful accommodation for older people, with lovely surrounding landscaped gardens and social areas.

The whole complex is dementia friendly and built to a very high specification and comprises 16 one bedroom and 8 two bedroom homes.

I had the chance to meet some of the residents who are absolutely delighted with their new homes.
