Corbyn's Confused Plans for £20bn Scottish Investment Bank

So with 8.3% of the UK's population and 30% of its land mass we'll get 4% of the funding...???
Jeremy Corbyn has unveiled plans for a £20bn Scottish Investment Bank.
The scheme would operate under Holyrood's control and will be part of a £500bn UK-wide investment drive to mobilise economic activity. Mr Corbyn said the Scottish bank would "deliver funds to major projects and Scotland's small businesses".
He added: "Just 8% of small business lending in the UK goes to Scotland, compared with one third which goes to London and the south-east."
