Patricia Questions Spending on Public Services

On Tuesday 19 July, Patricia asked the new Chancellor of the Exchequer, Philip Hammond, what plans he has to reverse the trend, highlighted by the Office for Budget Responsibility, that spending on public services is forecast to fall by £1,800 per head by the year 2020.
